Not sure, but I have come across nutrition research from Wisconsin. But a lot of ranking is really based on bribery and their graduate program. For an undergrad, it really doesn’t matter all that much.
Like I went to UC Davis, which is by far the best in California for nutrition, but for undergrads, it was good, not awesome.
